1. How do I pick the right size?
- Measure: Wrap a flexible ruler around the widest part of your palm—leave the thumb out.
- Chart lives just below: Scroll down for the palm circumference table, an illustration, and a quick size finder guide.
- Fit Feel: Series 300 is a performance-snug glove; if you prefer a relaxed fit for winter liners (we don't know why you'd wear half-finger gloves in winter), size up.
- Return Stats: 9 / 10 riders land the correct size on the first order—internal returns data, May 2025.
2. What if the glove doesn’t fit?
You have up to 60 calendar days or 60 actual rides—whichever comes first—after receiving your gloves to request a return/refund or size-swap.

To be Eligible- The Glove should be Clean & ride-able: Light road grime is okay; tears, cuts, or heavy stains void the swap.
No fit after the swap? We credit 100 % of your purchase toward any other gear—so your dollars never disappear.
3. How does the 60-Ride Guarantee work?

Use any cycling app or bike computer—just keep screenshots as proof of mileage.
Got pain or discomfort?
Within 60 days of delivery, email us a short note:
- What hurts?
- After how many miles?
- Attach your ride screenshots.
How we make it right:
- First: We’ll send you a quick-fit guide (setup tips: grip angle, bar height, glove fit).
- Still not right? You can swap for a different size.
- If you’re still not satisfied: Send the gloves back (return shipping at your cost, unless defective). Once we confirm the gloves are in good shape, you get a full refund.
Fine print: One refund per customer per glove model; abuse checks protect honest riders.
4. When will my order ship?
Speed: All in-stock gloves leave our Winnipeg warehouse within 24 h (Mon–Fri).
Self-serve tracking: Tap the account icon (top-right) → create / log in → check live status anytime without inbox spam.
Heads-up: Orders after Friday 1 p.m. CST ship Monday morning.
5. Delivery time & cost (Canada only)
Standard Canada Post/ UPS / Purolator: 3–7 business days nationwide. Exact shipping cost (and any promos like Free Shipping on 2+ pairs) is shown at checkout.
Need speed? Xpresspost shows up automatically in your cart with live carrier pricing. Remote regions can add a day or two when weather gets gnarly.
6. Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. All GST/HST/PST is calculated and displayed at checkout. Because we ship domestically, Canada Post/ UPS/ Purolator never slaps on COD fees for duties.
7. How do I wash half-finger gloves?
a. Cold cycle, inside out, in a mesh bag.
b. Mild detergent—no bleach or fabric softener (kills the conductive yarn).
c. Air-dry flat; avoid radiators & direct sun.
d. Quick refresh: Wipe palms with a damp cloth post-ride to keep the Micro-Hex grip tacky.
8. Can I still use my phone or bike computer?
Absolutely. Your fingers are free, so you can tap, swipe, or fiddle with GPS buttons without removing a glove. The short-finger cut also improves bar feel and ventilation on sweltering days.
