We offer a 60-Ride Guarantee, which means you have up to 60 calendar days or 60 actual rides—whichever comes first—after receiving your gloves to request a return or size-swap.
To be eligible, your gloves must be in ride-tested but good shape: light creasing or road dust is fine, but no tears over 5 mm, crash damage, or missing pieces. Please include the original pouch or box and your proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label plus instructions on packing and drop-off. Packages sent without first requesting a return will be refused.

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
If you crash within 6 months of purchase, email photos of the damaged gloves and a brief crash recap within 48 hours. We’ll send you an upto 50 % off code for your next glove purchase (one claim per original order).
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal-care items, or hazardous / flammable materials. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. Unsure? Email us first.
The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to start a return for your current pair and place a new order right away.
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Gloves must be unused or lightly test-ridden, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the credit.)
