Domestic-Canada Shipping Policy

Warehouse location
All Series 300 gloves ship from our Winnipeg, Manitoba hub.


Processing time

  • Orders placed Mon–Fri before 1 p.m. CST leave the warehouse the same day.

  • Orders after that cut-off—or on weekends/holidays—go out the next business morning.


Delivery options & timing

Remote & weather caveat — northern territories and storm-hit regions can add a day or two. We’ll flag you by email if Canada Post issues an advisory.


Shipping cost

  • Live rates pull directly from Canada Post And other Carriers at checkout.

  • Free standard shipping auto-applies when you buy two or more pairs in a single order (limited time offer only)

  • Taxes are calculated at checkout if applicable; varies from province to province; no duties inside Canada.

A tracking link also hits your email the moment the label prints.


Address hiccup?

Email info@velozity.ca within an hour of ordering and we’ll try to catch the parcel before it rolls out. Once it’s with Canada Post, reroute fees are on the customer.


Lost or late package

If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days beyond the ETA, ping us at info@velozity.ca. We’ll open a carrier trace and keep you updated until the gloves land on your bars.
